A journey shaped by excellence and service.
Born in Jamaica and educated in South Florida and Virginia, Dr. Person has built her career around the belief that dentistry can transform health, confidence, and quality of life.
Her commitment to community service distinguished her during dental school, where she organized VCU’s first Annual Oral, Head and Neck Cancer Screening. Her volunteer work has also included Project Dentists Care and Mission of Mercy.
In the office, Dr. Person creates a calm environment where people feel heard and never rushed. Her careful touch has inspired the affectionate patient description “Angel Hands.”

Beyond the office
Dr. Person enjoys music, the arts, travel, and time with family. Her perspective as a parent and community member deepens her appreciation for the everyday confidence that comes with a healthy smile.
